   . To our group entities for onboarding and compliance purposes;
   . With the Client’s explicit consent. We comply with UAE Federal Law No. (45) of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, and the Trading Company complies with applicable data protection laws in its jurisdiction.
The Client acknowledges and consents to the transfer of personal data between the Introducer/Promoter and the Trading Company for regulatory and contractual purposes.
